Meskipun aplikasi ini memberikan berbagai kemudahan, masih terdapat sejumlah tantangan terkait kinerjanya yang perlu dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja aplikasi <em>Access by KAI</em> dengan menggunakan metode <em>End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)</em> dan model <em>Delone &amp; McLean</em>. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada persepsi pengguna terhadap kinerja aplikasi, yang diukur melalui variabel-variabel seperti <em>Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, System Quality,</em> dan <em>Use</em>. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden mahasiswa Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum yang telah menggunakan aplikasi ini dalam enam bulan terakhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja aplikasi <em>Access by KAI</em> secara keseluruhan tergolong sangat baik, dengan rata-rata skor mencapai 80,72%. Dari analisis regresi linier, ditemukan bahwa variabel <em>Use</em> berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi pengguna terhadap kinerja aplikasi, sementara variabel lainnya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya sistem yang dapat memantau jaringan secara menyeluruh, serta ketidakmampuan dalam mendeteksi permasalahan seperti kerusakan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada jaringan. Sebagai akibatnya, proses pemecahan masalah jaringan menjadi lambat, mengganggu kelancaran kegiatan administratif dan pendidikan.</p> <p>Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem monitoring jaringan berbasis open source pada SMAN 4 Soppeng. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan jaringan dan mempercepat penanganan gangguan. Dengan menggunakan tools Icinga, sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan notifikasi secara real-time, mempermudah pemeliharaan jaringan, serta mendukung kelancaran proses kegiatan belajar mengajar.</p> <p>Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Observasi dilakukan untuk menganalisis kondisi jaringan yang ada di SMAN 4 Soppeng, wawancara dilakukan dengan staf IT untuk menggali permasalahan terkait monitoring jaringan, dan studi kepustakaan dilakukan untuk mendalami konsep-konsep yang relevan dengan monitoring jaringan dan penggunaan sistem berbasis open source seperti Icinga.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem monitoring jaringan menggunakan Icinga berhasil meningkatkan kinerja jaringan di SMAN 4 Soppeng. Sistem ini mempermudah deteksi masalah jaringan secara real-time dan mengurangi waktu downtime. Despite its importance, supply monitoring still carried out using conventional methods, often resulting in inaccurate records, delayed distribution, and unstable pricing. This study focuses on developing a mobile-based application to enable efficient, real-time monitoring of shallot stock. The research adopts an R&amp;D approach through a prototyping methodology, with data collected from interviews and literature reviews. System modeling was conducted incorporating various UML tools—such as use case, activity, and sequence diagrams. The application was constructed in Android Studio, adopting Kotlin as its core language and relying on MySQL for database operations. The framework is capable of documenting, tracking, and managing inventory data. Core features include user registration, kiosk management, product entry, and transaction simulations. Functionality testing applied black-box and white-box techniques to ensure the system behaved as expected. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akademik berbasis open-source menggunakan JIBAS di SMK Unggulan NU Mojoagung. Proses implementasi difokuskan pada digitalisasi layanan Tata Usaha, seperti manajemen kepegawaian, administrasi keuangan, dan pembuatan laporan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang mencakup observasi, wawancara, analisis proses bisnis, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ada tiga aspek utama yang diuji dalam UAT, yaitu desain antarmuka, kemudahan penggunaan, dan efisiensi kerja. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem JIBAS memberikan dampak positif terhadap percepatan dan keteraturan administrasi sekolah, serta diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Pinrang https://journal.jisti.unipol.ac.id/index.php/jisti/article/view/328 <p>Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat serta perbaikan dalam sistem pemerintahan mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam proses pendataan penduduk. Pemerintah dituntut untuk melakukan perubahan yang sejalan dengan dinamika pertumbuhan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu langkah strategis yang diambil adalah pengembangan sistem e-sensus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun web e-sensus guna mengoptimalkan proses pengumpulan data penduduk di Kabupaten Pinrang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pihak Dinas Statistik Kabupaten Pinrang serta referensi dari jurnal dan buku. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript dan PHP, dengan bantuan Visual Studio Code sebagai tools utama. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox dan Whitebox untuk memastikan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa web e-sensus yang dikembangkan mampu mempercepat proses pencatatan data, meminimalisasi kesalahan input, serta memberikan akses pemantauan data secara real-time. In the field of construction, understanding heavy equipment is crucial for students and civil engineering learners. Unfortunately, the lack of engaging and accessible learning media limits the understanding of the types and functions of heavy construction equipment. This study aims to develop an Android-based application for the introduction of heavy construction equipment as an interactive learning medium. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&amp;D), which includes several key stages such as: identifying problems and potentials, data collection, product design, validation, revision, testing, and final product refinement. The application includes various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, dump trucks, and motor graders, equipped with images, function descriptions, and interactive features. Validation was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts, while user trials were carried out among selected participants. The evaluation results show that the application is feasible to be used as a learning medium, with high scores in terms of content quality, user interface, and ease of use. The manual system that is still in use causes a number of problems, including the risk of recording errors, data duplication, and delays in inventory reporting. This study aims to develop a web-based campus asset management information system that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the inventory process. The system development method uses the Waterfall model with stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The CodeIgniter framework was chosen because it is lightweight, flexible, and supports PHP-based application development structures, while the database uses MySQL. Testing was carried out using the Blackbox Testing method on the main modules, including asset management, asset transfers, inventory reports, user access rights, and dashboards. Testing results showed that all system functions ran according to specifications. The developed system was able to reduce problems in the manual system and provide support for strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze and forecast the operating cash flow of healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model. The dataset consists of quarterly operating cash flows from 17 companies over the period 2020–2024. This research uses a quantitative approach with time series analysis. The modeling process includes stationarity testing, parameter identification, model training, and evaluation using MAPE, MAE, RMSE, and R-squared as performance metrics.</em> <em>The results indicate that all cash flow data are stationary, and the ARIMA models provide strong predictive performance, with MAPE values below 20% and R-squared consistently above 0.90. These findings suggest that the healthcare sector exhibits stable cash flow patterns and resilience to short-term fluctuations. The study concludes that ARIMA is an effective tool for short-term financial forecasting in the healthcare industry.</em> <em>The implications of this study suggest that the forecasting results can be used as a reliable basis for budget planning, liquidity management, and investment decision-making in healthcare companies.</em></p> I Gst. The research methodology involves analyzing key QoS parameters—bandwidth, throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss—to assess the network's overall performance and reliability. The findings indicate that the network's quality is good; however, it reveals areas for technical improvement. While functionally adequate, these results suggest that the network has not yet reached its full potential. Consequently, these findings provide a foundation for the local government, particularly Diskominfo, to plan strategic infrastructure upgrades and capacity expansion. We designed and developed a web-based cultural chatbot prototype (Maleo) using the Smojo platform and a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The method followed the UCD cycle: understanding usage context via expectation surveys, specifying functional and nonfunctional requirements, modeling interactions with use case and activity diagrams, implementing a Smojo-based prototype, and evaluating usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Data were collected through online questionnaires and limited user testing with local youths and visitors who had experienced Gorontalo. Results indicate a mean SUS score of 80.0 (range 62.5–100; standard deviation ≈ 12.27), placing the prototype in the excellent usability category, with clear navigation, low interaction barriers, and positive intention to reuse. The findings confirm that a UCD-driven, no-code development approach effectively produces an informative, learnable interface for local cultural contexts.
